Your Rights and Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the qa9999 platform (available at qa9999.vip and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and qa9999 (the "Operator") and govern all aspects of your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the qa9999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

qa9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to players. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by qa9999, including but not limited to the online casino, live dealer games, crash games (including Aviator), sports betting (including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), slot games, table games, and any promotional activity.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The qa9999 platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. To register and use qa9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.

• Your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your country or region of residence. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before using qa9999.

qa9999 may require documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by qa9999 will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of bonus funds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of qa9999 services, you must create a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent update is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. qa9999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where provided information is found to be false, incomplete, or outdated.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. qa9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify qa9999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

qa9999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any account balance to another person. Accounts used for commercial purposes, professional gambling syndicates, or any form of arbitrage activity may be suspended without notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

qa9999 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment channels are currently supported:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. qa9999 does not charge any fees on deposits. Withdrawal processing fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request and will not be applied retroactively.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. qa9999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawal requests.

qa9999 may apply enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period. EDD may require the submission of source-of-funds documentation. qa9999 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

qa9999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to a designated "bonus balance" and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as real money.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or may be excluded entirely. The applicable contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• qa9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and commenced wagering will be notified of any material change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of automated betting strategies to exploit bonus structures, or coordinated play across accounts — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• qa9999 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus-originated winnings. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the qa9999 platform are supplied by licensed and certified third-party game developers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by its developer, and qa9999 does not alter game mechanics, RTP settings, or outcome probabilities away from the values certified by the developer's testing laboratory.

In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a technical malfunction renders a game round void, any wager placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance in full.
• If a disconnection occurs after a game round has been completed and an outcome determined, the result stands and will be credited to your account once the connection is restored.
• qa9999 is not responsible for technical failures caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or local network issues. Refunds will not be issued for game rounds interrupted solely due to player-side connectivity problems.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on qa9999's server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

For sports betting markets, all settlements are based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). qa9999 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or determined by the governing body to be irregular. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's account.

In-play cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international series are updated in real time. Once an in-play bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player. qa9999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets during periods of rapid score changes, weather interruptions, or data feed delays.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qa9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, forging identity documents, or impersonating another individual during the registration or verification process.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or using more than one account on the qa9999 platform, regardless of whether different personal details are used.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, make decisions, or otherwise interact with the platform without human input, except where explicitly permitted by qa9999 in writing.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through artificial or coordinated betting patterns, including the use of multiple accounts, systematic staking strategies designed to cancel risk, or any other behaviour that qa9999 determines constitutes deliberate exploitation of its promotional terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the qa9999 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities. qa9999 maintains an active anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programme and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Hacking or Platform Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to qa9999's systems, servers, databases, or any other technical infrastructure. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on qa9999's platform software.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with a payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed by qa9999. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amount will be pursued through available legal channels.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

qa9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A player's account being identified as a duplicate of an existing account.
• Reasonable suspicion that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a recognised gambling treatment authority.
• The player's jurisdiction of residence prohibiting online gambling activities and the player continuing to use the platform despite this prohibition.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and will be released (minus any forfeited amounts) following the conclusion of the investigation, provided the account is not permanently closed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the qa9999 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (after deducting any applicable bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded via the player's preferred payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qa9999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the qa9999 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, qa9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling on the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors or malfunctions where the round has been voided and the stake refunded.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or any other intangible losses.
• Interruptions to the availability of the platform caused by maintenance, third-party service provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond qa9999's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data or match statistics provided on the platform for informational purposes.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings, which remains the sole responsibility of the player under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, qa9999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your qa9999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude qa9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qa9999 is registered as an internationally licensed offshore gaming operator.

qa9999 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Players in Bangladesh and other markets access the platform on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with any applicable local laws, regulations, or restrictions in their country or region of residence. qa9999 makes no representation that the platform or its services are lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and qa9999, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The player should first contact the qa9999 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 5 business days of receipt.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, the player may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". qa9999 commits to providing a reasoned written response within 14 business days.
3. Final Determination: If the player remains dissatisfied following the formal complaint process, qa9999 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. The decision of any such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
